Check every wheel and box on delivery. Confirm the part number, size, bolt pattern, finish and quantity against your order. Photograph any damage and keep the packaging. Contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect; reporting visible shipping damage within 48 hours helps our investigation and is not a blanket cutoff for warranty claims or legal rights. Do not mount tires or install a wheel with an unresolved problem.
Returns & cancellations
Our Refund Policy provides a 30-day window after delivery to request an eligible retail return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom and special orders are subject to the exclusions in that policy. Obtain authorization and the correct return address before shipping anything back. Contact us to confirm eligibility before mounting tires. Change-of-mind restrictions do not automatically exclude legitimate defect claims or remedies required by law.
Rotiform warranty & support
Rotiform publishes limited structural coverage for the original retail purchaser under normal intended use. Finish coverage varies: painted and chrome aluminum finishes have one-year coverage against peeling or lifting on the wheel face, PVD finishes have two years, and non-clear-coated polished aluminum finishes are excluded. Terms and exclusions apply.
Start a claim by emailing your order number, part number, photos and a description of the issue to our team. Rotiform requires claims through the original selling dealer. Obtain authorization before returning a wheel. Its warranty excludes removal, shipping, installation and reinstallation costs; any separate rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
