1. Custom & Made-To-Order Products

All custom-built, fabricated, vehicle-specific, or made-to-order products are FINAL SALE.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom trunk setups & panels

  • Acrylic designs

  • Subwoofer enclosures built per vehicle

  • Custom upholstery materials ordered per client

  • Special-order air suspension configurations

  • Any item modified specifically for a customer's vehicle

Once materials are ordered or production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information.

2. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure:

  • Design time

  • Production scheduling

  • Material purchasing

  • Shop time allocation

If a customer cancels after deposit, the deposit is forfeited.

3. Installation & Labor Services

All labor, fabrication, installation, and diagnostic services are non-refundable once completed.

If a workmanship concern exists, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of pickup so we may inspect and address the issue.

We do not refund labor charges.

4. Retail Products (Non-Custom, Uninstalled Items)

We accept returns on unused, unopened retail products within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unopened and in original packaging

  • No installation attempts

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • 10–15% restocking fee may apply

Returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit OR

  • Refund to original payment method (minus applicable fees)

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened electronics

  • Installed parts

  • Clearance items

  • Special-order items

5. Defective or DOA Items

If an item arrives defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photo/video proof

  • Retain original packaging

We will:

  • Assist with manufacturer warranty
    OR

  • Provide replacement if eligible

Refunds are issued only if replacement is unavailable.

6. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

For damaged shipments:

  • Photograph packaging immediately

  • Do not discard box

  • Report within 48 hours

For packages marked delivered but not received:

  • Customer must contact carrier

  • Police report may be required

  • Signature confirmation is required for high-value items

Serious Innovations is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

7. Digital Products

All digital downloads, templates, guides, or online materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

8. Fraud & Chargebacks

We document:

  • Order confirmations

  • IP addresses

  • Delivery confirmations

  • Signature confirmations

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation.

9. Agreement

By purchasing from Serious Innovations LLC, you agree to this policy.

10. Manufacturer Warranty & Brand Responsibility

Serious Innovations LLC is an authorized reseller of select automotive brands, including but not limited to Airlift Performance and Air Demand.

All branded products are covered solely under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Serious Innovations LLC does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

If a product is believed to be defective:

  • The customer must follow the manufacturer’s warranty claim process.

  • We may assist in facilitating communication with the manufacturer when applicable.

  • Final warranty approval, replacement, or denial is determined solely by the manufacturer.

Serious Innovations LLC is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect wiring

  • Incorrect air line routing

  • Over-pressurization

  • Damage caused by third-party installers

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Vehicle modifications affecting suspension geometry

  • Damage due to misuse or racing conditions

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase.

Installation by a certified professional is strongly recommended.

 

11. Drop-Ship Fulfillment & Supplier Responsibility

Certain products sold by Serious Innovations LLC are fulfilled directly by manufacturers or authorized distributors, including but not limited to Airlift Performance and Air Demand.

Serious Innovations LLC does not physically warehouse all products listed on this site.

By placing an order for drop-ship items, the customer acknowledges:

  • Inventory availability is subject to supplier stock levels

  • Shipping times may vary depending on manufacturer processing

  • Backorders or delays are outside of our direct control

  • Products ship directly from supplier facilities

If an item becomes unavailable or backordered, customers will be notified and offered:

  • A wait option

  • A comparable alternative (if available)

  • A refund prior to shipment

Once a drop-ship order has been processed and submitted to the manufacturer, it cannot be canceled.

12. Installation & Compatibility Disclaimer

Air suspension systems and performance components require proper installation and setup.

Serious Innovations LLC is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect air management setup

  • Damage due to incorrect wiring

  • Use outside manufacturer specifications

  • Fitment errors resulting from incorrect vehicle information

Professional installation is strongly recommended.
