These order details apply to air suspension, air management, coilovers and electronic damping cancellation products sold by Serious Innovations LLC. They supplement our Refund & Returns Policy and Warranty & Product Support. Nothing here removes statutory rights, legitimate defect claims, or promises made for an existing order.
Choose and confirm your configuration
Check your year, make, model, chassis, trim, drivetrain and any factory electronic damping or self-leveling equipment against the exact product and selected part number. A universal management system is not a vehicle-specific strut kit. Tank size, compressor quantity, air-line size and front/rear coverage are included only as stated in the selected product configuration. Ask us before ordering if fitment or package contents are unclear. Supplying vehicle details does not replace the listed fitment requirements or excuse an error in our listing.
Availability, dispatch and shipping
Some items ship directly from a supplier; supplier fulfillment does not mean an item is physically in stock at our shop. Review the product's dispatch estimate and shipping information. Assembly or processing time is separate from carrier transit. If no estimate is shown, contact us for current dispatch information before ordering. If we cannot meet the stated shipping timeframe, we will notify you and provide the applicable option to consent to a delay or cancel for a refund. Supplier delays do not remove our obligations as the seller.
Standard fitment parts versus custom orders
A standard catalog part is not automatically custom-made or final sale merely because it fits a specific vehicle or ships from a supplier. Standard retail return eligibility follows our Refund Policy. A genuinely custom, modified or made-to-order item is subject to a change-of-mind restriction only when that restriction is disclosed before purchase. For an agreed custom order, cancellation may be restricted once the disclosed custom work or committed materials begin. Contact us promptly to check its actual status. Defect, incorrect-item and legally required cancellation or refund remedies remain available.
Installation and warranty
Professional installation is recommended. Follow the manufacturer instructions for the exact product, including clearance checks, routing, wiring, operating limits and any required calibration or alignment. Do not install a product with uncertain fitment, missing instructions or visible damage. Manufacturer warranty terms vary; no single warranty duration or off-road-only restriction applies to every brand. Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse may be excluded under the applicable warranty, but a third-party installation alone does not establish that a defect is excluded. Your acknowledgment
Before adding an affected product to your cart, review its fitment, selected configuration, package contents, dispatch information and these order details. The product-page acknowledgment is recorded with the item, together with the policy version, selected variant and any vehicle details you provide. It is not a waiver of consumer rights.
